Welcome to AYIAG( DEAR FRIENDS HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL

Africa Youth in Action,Ghana (AYIAG) is looking for volunteers to work in various programs. AYIAG briefly coaches volunteers and prepare them to serve as agents  since most of the communities we work in become so happy to see , work and live with volunteers especially international volunteers. Community youth accept wholeheartedly any contributions in terms of knowledge from our foreign volunteers which in effect offers some change to the youth especially those in the rural areas of ghana.Ghanaians who go through our Program assume leadership quality, actively participate in the reconstruction of the communities, build civil society, start working, train other people and serve as role models, they become active citizens who can help to establish lasting peace and stability.

If you are over 18 years of age with some basic education or more, you can participate with Africa Youth in Action,Ghana as a volunteer. Once you become  a volunteer, you can actively participate in our numerous projects.

To become a volunteer, write us your complete details and mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or fill the online application form.

 'A NOTABLE QUOTE'
Life ends when you stop dreaming; hope ends when you stop believing and love ends when you stop caring. So dream, hope, love and understand that the happiest people don't have everything in life. They just make the best of everything that life brings their way and if you want something you have never had, you must be willing to do something you have never done.
A humble appeal to you to spread the news about us to friends and colleagues. Please kindly use the tell-a-friend form at the the right side.

A True Ghanaian Culture

Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the 16th occupant of the Golden Stool as Asantehene, on April 26, 2009 held a grand durbar at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi to climax activities marking the 10th Anniversary of his enstoolment. The photo gallery shows some of the rich cultural display and personalities at the occasion. Photos by Isaac Yeboah and David Andoh
